Moon Hill Brewing Co is a brewery and restaurant doing business as both the Gardner Ale House (restaurant) and as Moon Hill Brewing Co.
(brewery).
We are rapidly growing the businesses and are uniting mainly under the Moon Hill Brewing logo and branding, but also wish to maintain the dual identity we have established since 2006.
Already a busy operation in North Central Massachusetts, Moon Hill Brewing is ramping up all facets of its operation.
These operations of focus are dining-in, pub & taproom sales, takeout sales (food, beer, merchandise) and catering.
In particular, Moon Hill Brewing Co.
wants to feature its craft brewing operation as a destination.
Therefore, a new emphasis on the brewing side of Moon Hill Brewing Co.
is necessary.
We already distribute our beer and have increased our production, but it is now desired to take the brewery operation to its production limit.
Our goal is to bring people to the brewery/restaurant and have it not only be understood as a restaurant, but also as a taproom and beer store.
We are looking for a team member with a strong digital marketing skill set to promote our dual brand and enhance the broad-spectrum appeal of our one-stop-shopping concept of food, onsite brewery, takeout and catering.
This role will support development and oversee implementation of marketing strategies; analyze and report on the performance of campaigns; and ensure all marketing materials are in line with brand identity.
We are looking for someone that is open to starting out PT with the role expanding to potential FT.
Responsibilities:
? Drive clients' digital and content marketing execution ? Run marketing campaigns and monitor sales results as an indicator of campaign effectiveness.
? Organize events including developing promotional plans, executing campaigns, planning event details, and facilitating events ? Execute updates in the company website ? Create an improved web presence ? Create branded collateral:
flyers, brochures, special promotions, etc.
? Create content for email newsletter and deploy in email marketing software ? Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting for initiatives ? Assist with developing social media engagement strategy ? Oversee and align with social media resource ? Own processes for email marketing list, rewards program, Mug Club, feedback cards, etc.
? Develop cross-promotional opportunities and manage partnerships ? Explore new initiatives like digital marketing, direct mail, etc.
? Event research, registration, and management ? Support sponsorship and membership initiatives by interfacing with other organizations and ensuring our team is taking advantage of all available opportunities ? Balance multiple projects, be adaptable to change, and drive and meet deadlines Requirements:
? At least 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing ? Experience with and an eye for graphic design (Canva or Adobe Suite) ? Experience designing and email marketing campaigns and sales collateral(flyers, brochures, etc.
? Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or related field ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills ? Experience with reporting on key marketing ? Able to produce and/or edit content for social media, marketing campaigns and strategies ? Trend-savviness - understanding the latest concepts in digital marketing and having a finger on the pulse of what is working online today ? Proficiency in digital platforms including WordPress, Google Analytics, Facebook,LinkedIn, Instagram, Constant Contact, and Canva ? Excellent attention to detail and top notch organizational skills ? Able to work independently and in a hybrid environment ? Ability to be onsite at Moon Hill Brewing in Gardner, MA on a weekly basis Job Types:
