Project Manager Associate
Come join an amazing team of close to 900 employees dedicated to providing Excellence on Every Level!The Project Manager Associate will assist the Project Management team (currently four PMs) and act as a liaison with the Accounting Manager in the coordination, implementation, and cost accounting of thermal remediation projects within strict project budgets, scopes, and schedules.
Essential Functions:
Assist the Project Management Team with the following:
Preparation and review of project planning and reporting documents including any necessary revisions to ensure project requirements are met.
Prepare, track, and communicate project schedules using appropriate tools (i.
e.
, Microsoft Project).
Prepare and track internal work orders.
Prepare vendor subcontracts and obtain vendor pre-qualification documents.
Management of day-to-day operational aspects of a project.
Prepare proposals and budgets and recommend subsequent budget changes, where necessary.
Cost tracking and forecasting.
Preparation of monthly client invoices and review/follow up on accounts receivable.
Project close-out and documenting lessons learned.
Attend project meetings and disseminate notes and action items.
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements and
Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent critical thinking skills.
(2) to five (5) years of project coordination experience with cross-functional project teams; with an undergraduate degree preferred.
Ability to travel for project meetings, site visits, etc.
Possession of valid driver's license.
