Packaging company is interested in hiring an experienced Customer Service Rep. Prefer candidates with prior experience in printing or graphics experience.
Job Summary
Interact with internal and external customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt, multi-task and prioritize work in a fast pace, ever changing environment. Strong communication skills to include verbal, written and listening capabilities. Acute attention to detail and strong problem solving skills with the ability to take initiative when necessary. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Experience with data collection and ordering.
Essential Job Functions
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and communicate directly with customers and outside sales representatives either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Coordinate and resolve customer complaints by directing requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
Provide pricing and delivery information
Continually train on and understand the principles of flexographic printing and packaging
Set up new customer accounts by providing a new customer package
Process orders, forms, applications and requests via oftware package
Invoice and order issue resolution
Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken
Prepare and distribute customer activity reports (ie, inventory min/max, sales reports)
Support all sales persons assigned
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to the Customer Service Supervisor/ManagerEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
