Senior Product Design Engineer
Responsible for detailed design of custom water flow control products, including, supporting calculations for structural analysis of fabricated water control products and DFM (Design for Manufacturability) review. Key to this position is experience designing steel products/steel fabrications.
oDevelop VAVE solutions in our non-configured product families
.Create associated engineering documentation such as bills of materials, submittals, detail drawings and revisions, operation maintenance and installation instructions as appropriate
oA Bachelor's or AS degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering with 10
years design experience (valves and/or gates design)
oExpertise in design of welded and assembled steel equipment or steel structures (stainless and/or structural steels, etc)
oSolid understanding of fabrication processes (including material implications, forming & machining techniques, punching, welding,Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
