Mold Maintenance Technician

Maintain/repair all molds by performing the following listed duties and responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Per written procedures all of the following are the responsibilities of a Mold Maintenance Technician.
o Review mold reports, scheduling repairs
o Work with General Manager, Lead Process Engineer and Scheduler to arrange mold maintenance to ensure molds are ready for use
o Monitor scheduling board/schedule to arrange outside repairs
o Clean, inspect, and store molds
o Tag molds indicating status of readiness for use
o Establish mold history files capturing repairs, cleanings, cycles of use, etc on an existing form QF63-07, Mold Inspection & Maintenance Report
o Develop and maintain mold history files
o Maintain secondary equipment
o Contributory tasks such as hanging a mold, troubleshooting a hung mold etc.
o Other assigned duties as needed
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related machine shop experience with lathes, bridge ports, and appropriate tools; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Must read and comprehend complicated instructions, part drawings, information, short correspondence, and memos. Needs to write simple correspondence. Needs to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
You must be able to apply Trigonometry, when necessary. You will need to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. You must perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability
Need to apply common sense understanding to carry out complicated instructions. Need to deal with standardized situations with only occasional guidance or no variables.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
